In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing, validating, and supporting strategic applications crucial for our organization. We seek a candidate with strong skills in technical documentation, SQL queries, and code analysis in .NET and Java. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve both technical and functional application incidents

• Support daily application availability and production needs

• Review documentation to recommend effective solutions

• Interpret code and logs for system investigation

• Create SQL queries for validation and analysis

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of relevant IT analysis experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Solid understanding of .NET and Java environments
