Working closely with Desktop and Infrastructure teams, this onsite role involves assisting with device deployments and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding for employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot pharmacy management systems like TELUS Health Kroll

• Support Windows Server Remote Desktop connections

• Coordinate new hire setup with laptops, software, and accounts

• Maintain accurate asset inventory and technical documentation

• Perform hardware installations and workstation setups

Requirements:

• Experience in pharmacy management applications like Phox and Nexi

• Strong skills in supporting Windows 11 desktops and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with Active Directory user account management
