This role demands a detail-oriented approach, acting as the bridge between clients and GoSecure’s Engineering and Operations teams. With a minimum of two years in a similar position, you will oversee deployment coordination and service activation. Strong organizational and communication abilities in both French and English are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and deployment of new cybersecurity clients

• Act as main point for technical communication and support

• Track deployment processes and service activation timelines

• Collaborate with internal teams on service validation

• Document and report on client feedback and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Two years of project management or similar experience

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

• Fluency in French and English

• Solid grasp of security technologies and IT infrastructure

• Valuable certifications like CompTIA Security+, CCNA preferred
