IATA is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Ground Operations team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering structured business intelligence solutions, enhancing operational efficiency through insightful analytics. Your work will include developing dashboards and reports, supporting decision-making, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive improvements in baggage services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver business intelligence solutions for baggage operations

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Data/Business Analytics or related field

• Familiarity with airline and baggage operations systems
