The respected technology consulting organization is seeking a Scrum Master to oversee Agile project delivery and coordinate migration activities. With 8–10 years of experience, you will leverage your Certified Scrum Master qualifications and strong Jira skills in this pivotal role. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help teams achieve significant business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
• Coordinate migration efforts between teams and stakeholders
• Monitor readiness, risks, and technical blockers
• Coach teams on Scrum principles and best practices
• Maintain Jira boards and sprint metrics for tracking
Requirements:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) required
• 8–10 years of project delivery in Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira administration and reporting
• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
