In this individual contributor position, you will apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to maintain and improve Sherweb's hosted services. This role requires a blend of systems administration, software development, and automation skills, aimed at reducing operational toil while enhancing service reliability. Collaborating with various teams, your technical proficiency will ensure the stability and continuous improvement of production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance automation workflows and operational tooling

• Implement and support reliability standards and objectives

• Manage incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Improve operational visibility and monitoring for early issue detection

• Create and maintain comprehensive operational documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in IT operations and systems administration

• Strong scripting skills in Power Shell or Python

• Experience with Azure and cloud technologies

• Familiarity with automation tools like Terraform and Kubernetes

• Relevant educational background or equivalent training
