In this permanent role, you will work under the Cloud and Infrastructure Team Leader, directly contributing to daily operations and project delivery. Your key skills will include expertise in Microsoft Azure services, Exchange Online management, backup and recovery operations, and automation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll enhance cloud services and maintain security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Azure services, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365

• Provide third-level support for cloud operations

• Manage identity-related services including Entra

• Monitor service performance and resolve incidents

• Maintain robust documentation in Service Now

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of Azure and Microsoft 365 experience

• Knowledge of cloud security and backup technologies

• Hands-on skills in Power Shell and automation tools

• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and Git practices

• Microsoft certifications preferred
