Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks a Data Center Technician for its onsite operations. In this role, you'll support multi-tenant cloud services and supercomputing systems, providing crucial diagnostics and maintenance. You will join an essential team with opportunities for growth and innovation in scalable services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and support cloud-based Supercomputing-as-a-Service

• Prepare and execute system startups and shutdowns

• Maintain all aspects of supercomputer operations

• Perform diagnostics, triaging, and escalate issues

• Oversee hardware maintenance, upgrades, and warranty services

Requirements:

• 5+ years supporting IT equipment and server infrastructures

• Hands-on experience with HPC systems

• Proficient in Linux-based environments

• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+)

• BS in Computer Science, IT Management, or equivalent
