On behalf of our confidential client, Akkodis is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead transformation activities across the Procure to Pay (P2P) Value Stream within a major SAP S/4

HANA transformation program. This role is ideal for a senior SAP transformation professional with deep expertise in procurement, supplier management, accounts payable, and enterprise architecture. The successful candidate must be physically located in Canada and possess an Active Secret Clearance.

• Lead enterprise architecture and business transformation initiatives across the Procure to Pay value stream.
• Facilitate enterprise transformation workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support SAP S/4
  
  HANA solution strategy, planning, and implementation activities.
• Drive governance, architecture standards, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead cross-functional integration efforts across procurement, finance, supply chain, and quality management functions.
• Support business process optimization and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with program leadership on large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and enterprise best practices.

• 10+ years of SAP transformation experience
• Active Secret Clearance (Mandatory)
• Public Sector and/or Defense Industry experience
• Experience leading enterprise transformation workshops
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Experience managing cross-functional integrations
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-year transformation programs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
