QSL recherche un Technicien TI (Niveau
1) pour devenir le premier point de contact des utilisateurs et assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements et outils informatiques. Vous contribuerez à l’installation, configuration, dépannage et intégration des employés tout en soutenant les environnements technologiques.
Le candidat idéal possède un DEP ou DEC en informatique, des compétences en résolution de problèmes et un sens du service client.
