Technical Specialist for Data Centers at HPE

HPE is looking for a Data Center Technician with over 5 years of experience in IT support. You will design, test, and maintain systems for the Supercomputing-as-a-Service business while collaborating closely with team members.

Your role is central to ensuring operational efficiency and supporting a growing customer base in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support supercomputing infrastructure within a multi-tenant cloud setup

• Prepare and execute system startups and shutdowns

• Maintain and troubleshoot the supercomputer systems

• Perform upgrades and hardware maintenance

• Adhere to security protocols as defined by the architect

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT equipment support and enterprise server infrastructures

• Experience with HPC systems and large-scale environments

• Proficiency in Linux and system configurations

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
