As part of RBC’s AI Group, you will be instrumental in shaping evaluation protocols and metrics for generative AI systems. With a background of 8+ years in data science, your role includes mentoring junior scientists and collaborating with various teams. You will ensure that evaluation practices contribute to evidence-based AI decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks

• Define standards linking model risk to measurable criteria

• Manage the lifecycle of evaluation datasets thoroughly

• Develop and scale evaluation methods for AI systems

• Standardize human evaluation and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in data science or AI evaluation
