Lead the transformation of product roadmaps into actionable plans at Scientific Games. As a Senior Data Program Manager, you focus on cross-functional clarity without excessive bureaucracy.
In this individual contributor role, you will drive execution quality across Data Products & Analytics, Data Science, and Platform Engineering. Collaborating closely with technical leads, you'll ensure seamless readiness for sprints and maintain visibility of ongoing work across boards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert roadmap items into actionable epics for sprint planning
• Draft and iterate with technical leads for clarity
• Ensure epic quality, acceptance criteria, and dependencies
• Track active work and report on progress and risks
• Facilitate planning ceremonies with a decision-oriented focus
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years in program management in data or software
• Proficiency in Jira and program management principles
• Strong written communication skills for effective artifacts
• Ability to influence without direct authority
