Job Title - Cloud Architect

Location - Hybrid – Montreal, QC (3 days onsite per week)

Role Type - Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of cloud architecture experience
• Expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Extensive VMware-to-cloud migration experience
• Strong Open Shift, Kubernetes, and containerization experience
• Experience designing secure cloud environments utilizing Palo Alto technologies
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Lead cloud architecture strategy and migration planning for enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Assess existing VMware environments and develop migration roadmaps and target-state architectures.
• Define cloud architecture standards, governance, and technical best practices.
• Design secure networking and cloud security solutions supporting enterprise workloads.
• Guide the migration of virtual machines and application workloads into public cloud environments.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to evaluate cloud platform strategies.
• Produce architecture documentation and technical design artifacts.
• Support container migration strategies utilizing Kubernetes and Open Shift.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.
