Position: Quebec City Cloud Operations Manager
Location: quebec

Lead cloud operations and service delivery at Station Terminus, located in Quebec City. This onsite position demands bilingual skills and robust IT experience, spanning 2-3 days a week.
The Cloud Operations Manager will drive service excellence, managing complex environments while coordinating between onsite and offshore teams.

Your role includes monitoring performance metrics, fostering customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with SLA standards. Utilize your ITIL knowledge for effective incident and problem management while driving service enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the primary contact for client service delivery

• Oversee end-to-end cloud operations and team collaboration

• Track service performance metrics for reporting

• Lead regular service reviews and improvement initiatives

• Manage escalations and resolutions through proactive strategies
Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• Strong experience in IT cloud governance

• Familiarity with BFSI domain preferred

• Proven ability in managing distributed teams

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
