Key Responsibilities:

• Perform RAM upgrades on numerous laptops

• Replace laptops approaching end of life

• Handle laptop system imaging

• Conduct security evaluations on client systems

• Assist in team orientation and training when needed

Requirements:

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Interest in practical, hands-on IT work

• Knowledge of Windows and MAC OS

• Familiarity with SCCM and SNOW systems

• Must lift up to 50 pounds
