Vooban recherche un technicien(ne) en informatique de niveaux 1 et 2 pour assurer le support technique des employés, principalement sur macOS et les outils Google. Le poste est basé à Québec, en mode hybride avec présence au bureau deux jours par semaine.
Vous diagnostiquez, documentez et prenez en charge les incidents, du mot de passe oublié à des problématiques complexes. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement 100% cloud, avec Jira, Google Workspace et outils internes; vous participerez à
