Lead Agile transformation as a Senior Scrum Master RTE, guiding Salesforce CRM delivery in a complex environment. Drive quality and alignment among multiple Agile teams for successful outcomes.
In this leadership role, you will serve as both Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to enhance Agile practices across teams. Your responsibilities include managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications. With over 10 years of experience in Agile roles, particularly in financial services, you will ensure adherence to governance and optimize processes within an Agile Release Train (ART).
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and improvements
• Remove impediments for consistent delivery momentum
• Coordinate multi-team execution within Agile Release Train
• Conduct PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums effectively
• Align delivery with CRM transformation objectives
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, RTE)
• Experience in financial services or wealth management
• Proficiency in Salesforce products
• Expertise in SAFe frameworks and PI Planning
• Strong stakeholder management skills
