Thisrolefocusesonprovidingexceptionaltechnicalsupport,managingcorporatedevices(including provisioning),andensuringasecure,efficientITexperienceforallemployeesfromtheirfirstdaytotheirlast.

• ManagetheITonboardingandoffboardingprocesses,includingaccountcreation,license allocation,andaccessconfiguration.
  
  Ensuresecureaccessrevocationandhardwarerecoveryuponemployeedepartures.
• Configure,deploy,andmaintaincorporatelaptops(Windows,Linux,andMac),peripherals,andmobiledevicestoensureemployeeshavethetoolstheyneedtosucceed.
• Administer Google Workspaceandsupport Google Workspace users
• Administer Office
  365andsupportusers(Teams,Outlook,etc)
• MaintainarigorousandaccurateinventoryofallcorporateITassetsandhardwarelifecycle.
• Actastheprimarypointofcontactforemployeetechnicalrequests(Helpdesk) using
  
  Jira Service Management (JSM).Diagnoseandresolvehardware,software,andcorporatenetworkissuespromptlyandcourteously.
• Administer Jump Cloudforidentity ,access,anddevicemanagementacrossbothPCandMacfleetstoautomatedevicesetup,policies,andOSupdates.
• Enforcecorporateendpointsecuritypoliciesandconductcontinuousauditingofalllaptopsusing Elastic Security and Elastic Fleet ,ensuringworkstationsremaincompliantwithcompanyITsecuritystandards.
• CreateandmaintaininternaluserguidesandITStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within
  
  Confluencetopromoteemployeeautonomyandteamknowledgesharing.
• Assistinmanagingon-siteITinfrastructure,suchasofficenetworking(Wi-Fi,VPNaccess) andconferenceroomA/Vequipment
