In this operational role, you will engage directly with over 17,000 developers, ensuring optimal performance of the integrated systems within the Application Infrastructure. As part of a global on-call rotation, you’ll implement automation and troubleshooting techniques that streamline processes while raising productivity standards. Your contributions will be essential to fostering a productive and dynamic developer ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the integrated systems

• Drive system efficiency through automation and problem management

• Reduce operational costs by addressing systemic issues

• Collaborate on solutions with fellow engineers

• Troubleshoot environment issues to enhance team support capabilities

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Linux troubleshooting
