Position: Technician for Data Center Services

Step into a vital role as a Data Center Support Services Technician, responsible for server upgrades and network connectivity validation. You'll support ticketing operations while mentoring new technicians.

In this position, you will handle replacing and upgrading server components, ensuring reliable network environments. You'll monitor responses in ticketing systems, guiding less experienced colleagues while implementing technical resolutions. Additionally, your role includes conducting training about standard operating procedures aligned with corporate objectives and the data center's operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct server maintenance and component upgrades

• Validate cabling to ensure seamless network connectivity

• Monitor ticketing environments and respond promptly

• Guide and mentor junior technicians as needed

• Facilitate training aligned with corporate goals

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in a data center technician role

• Proficiency in cabling and server technologies

• Ability to work with little supervision

• Familiarity with SOPs and MOPs practices

• Strong mentoring and communication abilities
