Become an IT Support Specialist with the Cree Nation Government in Chisasibi. This full-time position is designed for technical experts who excel in user support and IT problem-solving.
The position requires a College Diploma in Computer Sciences and 3-5 years of IT experience. You'll be responsible for providing hands-on support for IT equipment, training users, and managing technical issues as they arise.
Your role will be essential in maintaining operational IT efficiency for various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to IT support tickets from end users
• Assist with software setup and maintenance of equipment
• Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions for complex problems
• Manage telecommunication equipment and internet issues
• Conduct basic training on software and hardware usage
Requirements:
• Diploma in IT or Computer Sciences
• 3-5 years of relevant technical experience
• Fluent in Cree and English; proficiency in French is an asset
