As a Level 4 SRE, you will be pivotal in delivering operational excellence within the Application Infrastructure team. Enhance system reliability through effective troubleshooting and comprehensive observability practices while participating in on-call rotations to maintain high service availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and automate operational tasks for performance
• Resolve Service Now and Linux environment issues
• Implement observability solutions including metrics and alerts
• Maintain reliability during on-call support hours
• Document Service Now instances and related dependencies
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in site reliability or engineering
• Proficiency in Python or experience with Service Now
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Willingness to participate in necessary on-call rotations
