A profound understanding of CI/CD frameworks is vital for success in this mandate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate agile coaching for various roles
• Measure agile flow through quantitative data
• Enhance CoE's services for better delivery practices
• Support train-level agile practices and transformations
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset within teams
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as an Agile coach
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Share Point
• Strong interpersonal and influential skills
• Insight into CI/CD practices and software development
