Job DescriptionClient is looking for a certified
Guidewire Claim Center business analyst for the Insurance IT team. The role starts from business needs and existing systems to recommend solutions aligned with Guidewire Cloud Claim Center capabilities and IT architecture, within anAWS environment. The person produces functional specifications and then guides their implementation with developer analysts, placing the boundary between analysis and development at the heart of the role. The assignment covers thefull cycle, from effort assessment to production, including functional documentation and test cases.
With a duration of 352 hours, it’s a short-term assignment that requires someone already operational in Claim Center from dayone.
Looking for: a certified Claim Center functional analyst who's already written detailed specs and seen them through to production on aGuidewire project. Having experience with Guidewire Cloud and property and casualty insurance claims makes it easier to get up to speed quickly.
Key Requirements- Business requirements analysis and preparation of detailed functional specifications in Claim Center
- Oversight of delivery with developer analysts, functional documentation, test cases, validation, and production deployment
- Effort, risk, and dependency assessment related to functional work
- Interpersonal skills, teamwork, and collaboration with business, technical, and vendor teams
- French proficiency, both spoken and written
- Functional knowledge of English
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud Claim Center solutions in anAWS environment
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance knowledge
- Guidewire developer profile (configuration, Gosu,integration) without proven responsibility for writing functional specifications.
- Analyst profile whose Guidewire experience is limited toPolicy
Center or Billing Center, with no Claim Center projects on the resume. - Profile without Guidewire Claim Center certification mentioned on the resume, waiting for the client's response.
- Analyst profile whose experience stops at gathering requirements, without writing test cases or participating in a productionrollout.
- Profile without demonstrated work experience in French, both spoken and written.
