Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary support resource for dealer and farmer users
• Drive adoption and integration of the AI platform within operations
• Create training content, tutorials, and release notes for users
• Conduct engaging product demos and onboarding sessions
• Gather field feedback for product improvements and bug tracking
Requirements:
• Experience at a farm equipment dealership or ag-tech sales
• Strong communication skills with dealers and farmers
• Organized and proactive approach in customer success
