Support fellow employees through training and effective troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair computer systems and peripherals
• Maintain and upgrade hardware and software components
• Manage user account information and system security
• Train staff and replace parts as needed
• Recommend appropriate products and services for clients
Requirements:
• 2+ years of break/fix field technician experience
• High school diploma with relevant college degree preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Ability to travel and possess a personal vehicle
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
