As a vital member of City View's Professional Services team, you'll engage with local governments to improve their service delivery through software solutions. This role requires skills in business analysis, software configuration, and effective client communication. You'll also manage project priorities, conduct process mapping, and engage in client training both remotely and in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document client business requirements
• Analyze client requirements for functional specifications
• Identify gaps in system capabilities versus client needs
• Facilitate sessions to capture business pain points
• Configure workflows and settings to enhance client processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software configuration or business analysis
• Knowledge of government business processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
