The Computer Technician role under the Project Manager includes responsibilities such as maintaining network equipment and preparing computers for shipments to schools. In addition, you will draft operational procedures, provide technical support, and assist in testing technological solutions. This position is perfect for individuals who are client-oriented and possess a sense of initiative in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair network and wireless equipment
• Install software and prepare computers for schools
• Draft operational procedures for systems
• Provide training and user guides to staff
• Assist analysts in testing and implementing new technologies
Requirements:
• Diploma of Collegial Studies in computer technology
• Fluent in two of the three Board languages
• Client-oriented with an autonomous work ethic
• Knowledge of Mac OS and Office 365 preferred
• Experience with SCCM for application deployment
