Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Defined Benefit pension plan rules from clients
• Configure internal software tailored to client specifications
• Write detailed technical specifications for software development
• Ensure seamless software integration with existing systems
• Provide support to QA teams and improve software features
Requirements:
• University degree in actuarial science, statistics, or mathematics
• 5+ years in Defined Benefit pension administration
• Proficiency in Excel and current tech tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Availability for occasional travel across Canada and the US
