At IBM Global Sales, the Customer Success Technical Architect plays a vital role in guiding enterprise clients with the Confluent product suite. You will leverage technical knowledge, including cloud technologies and distributed computing, to shape solutions that align with clients' business objectives. Collaboration is key as you work across cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion customer needs within Confluent teams
• Address technical objections and facilitate adoption
• Support architecture planning and security design
• Guide customers in data streaming maturity
• Conduct and present customer technical reviews
Requirements:
• Proven success in a technical role with SaaS products
• Strong understanding of cloud and streaming technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer initiatives
• Knowledgeable in Linux and cloud networking
