Senior Computerized Systems Validation Lead

Lead critical validation initiatives at Indero in this remote role. As a Computerized Systems Validation Lead, you will ensure quality and compliance in GxP computerized systems.
In this senior individual contributor position, you will directly collaborate with the Associate Director of Computerized Systems Validation. Your expertise will guide the validation strategy and delivery across high-risk computerized systems. This role does not involve people management but will include leading project teams and directing functional efforts to ensure comprehensive validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead validation work streams for GxP computerized systems
• Develop and approve validation plans and test scripts
• Ensure completeness and traceability of validation packages
• Engage in project initiation and risk assessments
• Mentor and provide direction to CSV Analysts
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in computerized systems validation
• Strong understanding of GxP requirements and regulations
• Knowledge of cloud services and digital technologies
• Proven track record in project management and oversight
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
