As a vital member of the Global Command Center, you will lead the resolution of critical incidents impacting business operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge escalated incident tickets promptly

• Gather information from users reporting issues

• Classify major incidents with business support teams

• Communicate incident updates every 30 minutes

• Initiate and lead major incident bridge calls

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in incident management

• Strong knowledge of ITIL ITSM processes

• Proficiency in ITSM tools and documentation

• Ability to manage stress and make timely decisions

• B.S. or B.A. preferred or equivalent experience
