In this senior advisory role, you will spearhead the IT Disaster Recovery and Resilience strategy, ensuring alignment across IT teams, business units, and security measures. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the organization's capabilities in technology recovery and compliance with regulations. Your expertise will be pivotal in establishing best practices and operational protocols in the fast-paced financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Govern the Technology Recovery Program framework
• Define and evolve IT recovery strategies
• Oversee recovery plans and critical technology dependencies
• Plan and coordinate recovery exercises
• Measure performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 10+ years in IT, 5 in disaster recovery
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of risk management and IT Governance
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Fluent in French and English for communication
