As a Major Incident Manager, you'll resolve high-priority incidents and improve processes for major incidents across over 160 locations worldwide. You will engage with technical teams and third-party service providers, ensuring quick and effective restoration of services. Your critical thinking and problem-solving skills will help minimize disruptions and maximize service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and manage escalated incident tickets

• Coordinate major incident bridge calls and engage teams

• Provide timely updates and clear communications

• Document incident timelines and actions taken

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar major incident management role

• Strong ITIL knowledge, including relevant certifications

• Extensive experience with ITSM tools and processes

• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies
