Shape medical imaging experiences at Intelerad through rigorous UX research and intuitive interface design. This remote opportunity supports healthcare professionals across Canada.
As a UI/UX Researcher and Designer, you will independently own research and design for product areas. You will partner with product managers, developers, and end users to address clinical needs and business goals. Your work spans discovery through release while strengthening UX practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research
- Recruit clinicians and moderate end-user research sessions
- Synthesize findings into personas, journey maps, and recommendations
- Design interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications
- Present findings and mentor designers and researchers
- Four or more years in UI/UX design and research
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Portfolio showing web, mobile, and end-to-end research work
- Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong HCI, communication, and design specification skills
