Organise, review, and interpret application data, including records declaration data, validation status, application usage data, search-related data, and user feedback.
Review metadata fields used for declaration, search, filtering, reporting, validation, records management, lifecycle management, and user experience.
Identify metadata gaps, inconsistencies, duplicated values, missing values, field-use issues, data quality issues, or reporting limitations.
Support application monitoring activities, including usage trends, active-user indicators, declaration volumes, validation trends, search behaviour, and user feedback trends.
Support reporting and dashboard activities using Power BI, SharePoint list reporting, Excel-based analysis, and other authorised Microsoft 365 reporting sources.
Perform database analysis, metadata review, and data quality review for SharePoint Online lists, libraries, metadata fields, app-generated records, and reporting sources.
Test, validate, troubleshoot, and refine reporting, filtering, search, metadata, dashboard input, and application monitoring functions across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
Support search analytics, feedback tracking, and adoption analysis to inform understanding of application usage, performance, and user experience.
Provide technical observations concerning database structure, metadata usage, reporting gaps, application metrics, search analytics, data quality risks, and sustainment considerations.
Work within approved environments and authorised tools, handling all information in accordance with applicable security, privacy, information-management, and records-management requirements.

Responsibilities
Analyse the application database, list, library, metadata, and app-generated information structures within SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 services.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power BI, Excel, or comparable tools to support reporting, dashboards, application monitoring, data extraction, or analysis for enterprise applications.
2+ years of experience supporting reporting, dashboarding, business intelligence, database analysis, application usage analysis, or data quality review for enterprise applications, including interpreting application data and identifying findings, trends, gaps, inconsistencies, or reporting requirements.
1+ years of experience analysing or supporting metadata, data quality, taxonomy, records-management metadata, or information-management data…
