An Agilent Field Service Representative supporting Biomolecular, Genomics, and Cellular Analysis instruments will travel to customer laboratories to install, maintain, and repair the Agilent instruments. These instruments are critical tools in research, development, and manufacturing for areas including Cell and Gene Therapy, Infectious Disease, Virology and Vaccine Research, Immunology, Immuno‑Oncology and Immunotherapy, Next‑Generation Sequencing, and Prenatal Disease Detection.
The Biomolecular Service team is a rapidly growing part of Agilent’s Customer Service organization, supporting these exciting markets.

Responsibilities- Travel to and from customer locations to perform service. Travel may be local or require routine air travel.
- Install and optimize hardware, software and network products and configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve product performance issues.
- Perform maintenance and repair services.
- Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers’ business.
- Deliver fully integrated solutions (excluding design), which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and application software.
- Maintain performance professionally and in line with assigned metrics, processes and procedures.
- Drive customer satisfaction through communication, attention to detail, proactive actions and timely escalations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (e.g., biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering) or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end‑user.
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
- Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential.
- Experience with LC‑MS is desirable but not essential.
- Clear, respectful, timely verbal and written communication.
- Bilingual (French/English), required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Ability to travel abroad (U.S., Europe) for required training.
Salary range in Canada: CAD
