This position requires an adept Procurement Administrator capable of addressing supply chain challenges while maintaining stock levels. Your analytical approach will support sales requests and promote continuous improvement by identifying trends in procurement activity, enhancing overall efficiency across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain stock levels for effective inventory management
• Prepare and update purchase orders with vendors
• Follow up on shipment issues and cancellations
• Participate actively in monthly procurement meetings
• Analyze monthly usage data to identify trends
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in supply chain management
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• Strong intermediate Excel skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Supply Chain Management certification is a plus
