We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Support Agent to join a quick‑paced industrial and operational environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting maintenance operations, inventory coordination, logistics, warehouse activities, or operational administration.

The successful candidate will play a key role supporting day‑to‑day maintenance and inventory activities while coordinating closely with warehouse teams, technicians, internal departments, and external stakeholders. This position combines operational coordination, administrative support, inventory management, and systems tracking within a structured industrial setting.

• Search for and coordinate parts using internal systems and catalogs
• Create, manage, and track work orders within SAP, GSI, and SES
• Create new parts and maintain system accuracy
• Launch and close inspections within operational systems
• Support work order billing and documentation requirements
• Maintain accurate operational records, filing, and administrative documentation
• Collaborate closely with maintenance teams and operational staff to support daily activities
• Prepare and provide reports to internal stakeholders and leadership teams
• Support consumables and materials coordination across multiple locations

• Support inventory management activities across warehouse and satellite locations
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and parts movement between sites
• Ensure inventory traceability and accuracy within SAP
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Coordinate closely with warehouse staff and material handlers to maintain operational efficiency
• Assist with workload coordination and daily operational priorities

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Participate in mandatory safety training and inspections
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety and operational efficiency

• 2–5 years of experience in operational support, logistics, inventory coordination, maintenance support, or similar industrial environments
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred
• Experience with inventory management, parts coordination, or work order systems
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced operational environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or maintenance environments
