Position: Material Logistics Agent at Bombardier

Join Bombardier as a Contract Material Logistics Agent and ensure timely parts and materials for production. Collaborate across teams for improved operational efficiency in this dynamic logistics role.

In this contract position, you will be responsible for adhering to production schedules and coordinating logistics strategies. You will define production kits and communicate shortages, working closely with procurement and manufacturing logistics teams.

Your role will also involve supporting multiple cross-functional teams with a focus on continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely presence of materials on the assembly line

• Coordinate catch-up plans with stakeholders as needed

• Define and document production kit strategies

• Communicate shortages effectively to procurement teams

• Participate in operational excellence and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of logistics experience

• Bachelor’s in Logistics or relevant field

• Strong interest in coordination and planning

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
