Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFx activities and local negotiations for best value

• Prepare purchasing reports to inform team strategy

• Execute the fulfillment process from PR to PO issuance

• Maintain supplier communication to secure delivery commitments

• Support the implementation of improved purchasing systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 5 years' experience in procurement or finance

• 3 years in a supply chain role

• Procurement experience in the federal government

• Eligible for Canadian NATO Secret clearance
