This position is crucial in managing MRO supplies' purchasing cycle. You'll ensure top-notch client service while negotiating supplier prices and driving performance improvements.
Your role includes various tasks such as managing service metrics and addressing any purchasing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complete MRO purchasing processes
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers and clients
• Maintain service standards within the call center
• Address invoicing exceptions efficiently
• Foster communication with suppliers about deliveries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience desired
• Must be fluent in English and French, both written and oral
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and ERP purchasing
• Strong customer service skills essential
• Ability to perform site visits as needed
