Immiland is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of supply chain and logistics operations.

Responsibilities   Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the purchasing activities of an establishment
Develop purchasing policies and procedures and control the purchasing department budget
Identify vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies
Evaluate cost and quality of goods or services
Negotiate or oversee the negotiation of purchase contracts
Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products, or substitute materials
Review and process claims against suppliers
Interview, hire, and oversee the training of staff
Create, monitor, analyze, and improve demand forecasts for both short and long term
Cooperate with sales and supply chain (operations) teams and contribute to clarity regarding capacity needs
Requirements   A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, or economics is usually required for procurement and purchasing agents and officers
3-5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain sourcing, analysis, or similar roles
