Location: Saint-Georges
Join an agile supply chain team as a Purchasing Coordinator focused on procurement for manufacturing. This full-time onsite role is essential for ensuring timely material availability and supplier coordination. In this role, you will support the purchasing and supply chain functions by managing orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and monitoring delivery schedules.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including production, planning, logistics, and finance—is critical to success. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help prevent inventory shortages and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities Create and maintain purchase orders for materials
Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery and pricing
Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems
Support initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency
Requirements One year of experience in purchasing or supply chain
Degree in supply chain management or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Strong communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Drive procurement efficiency and strengthen supplier ties in this critical full time role.
