Location: Val-d'Or
Join our team as a proactive Logistics Coordinator specializing in supply chain management and international shipping. This full‑time position, based in Toronto, Ontario, focuses on efficient material movement and customs compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in logistics and transportation, particularly with international freight.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate shipments across North America and international suppliers
- Manage ocean freight imports from China
- Arrange local deliveries and regional shipments
- Monitor shipping status and resolve delays proactively
- Prepare and maintain essential shipping documentation
- 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience
- Knowledge of cross‑border shipping regulations
- Solid communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems considered an asset
