Bilingual Supply Chain Director at Wesdome

This full-time hybrid role reports directly to the VP of Supply Chain. You will be responsible for executing supply chain strategies, managing procurement and warehousing, and ensuring effective materials management. With a focus on operational excellence, you will translate strategy into actionable plans while maintaining stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily supply chain activities across procurement and inventory

• Manage contractor performance with defined KPIs and service levels

• Collaborate on category strategies and compliance at site

• Ensure efficient materials management and inventory accuracy

• Deliver cost improvements and support budgeting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• 10+ years in supply chain or procurement experience

• Knowledge of mining industry practices preferred

• Proven track record in contractor management and teamwork

• Bilingual in English and French
