Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize incoming requests from stakeholders

• Assign tasks and deliveries based on team availability

• Monitor routes and deliveries in real time

• Maintain communication with drivers and customers

• Produce operational reports on performance metrics

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Canadian territories including Quebec and Ontario

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email systems

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
