Position: Wesdome's Supply Chain Director Role
Location: Val-d'Or

Join Wesdome as the Supply Chain Director (Bilingual) in Kiena, Val-d'Or. Take charge of supply chain execution, contractor management, and team development in a hybrid work model.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the VP of Supply Chain and oversee all site-level supply chain activities. Your responsibilities include aligning procurement, warehousing, and inventory management with project needs. You will engage in strategic planning and ensure compliance while fostering strong team performance across critical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective supply chain execution and contractor management

• Oversee procurement and inventory applications at the site level

• Facilitate strategic collaborations with Category Leads

• Drive materials flow and inventory control initiatives

• Monitor supply chain costs against budget targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar

• Minimum 10 years in supply chain roles

• Preferred experience in mining or heavy industries

• Demonstrated ability in leading procurement teams

• Bilingual in English and French required
