Director of Supply Chain at Wesdome Mine

Location: Val-d'Or

Shape the future of supply chain management as the Director at Wesdome in Val-d'Or, QC. This hybrid position focuses on procurement, contractor oversight, and team leadership.

Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain, your role is to ensure the execution of efficient supply chain processes at the Kiena site. You will translate enterprise strategies into actionable plans, manage workflows, and maintain robust contractor and material management systems. Building strong relationships across departments will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily supply chain operations including procurement and contract management

• Manage contractor scopes and performance metrics efficiently

• Collaborate with Category Leads for site compliance

• Oversee warehousing and ensure timely material availability

• Drive initiatives for cost reduction and performance monitoring

Requirements:

• Applicable degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering

• At least 10 years in progressive supply chain roles

• Mining industry experience is advantageous

• Strong leadership in managing procurement and warehousing teams

• Required bilingual proficiency in English and French
